Desert Springs Growth

Desert Springs Ranch is growing. After the fall of this year, Desert Springs Ranch will have completed Phase I of development by opening the Desert Springs Golf practice facility. Desert Springs Golf will include a top tier 18 hole putting course, two par 3 holes, driving range, and practice chipping hole.

Desert Springs Ranch is currently a 100 space RV resort with pool house, pool, spa, sports facility, and clubhouse. Once 30 lots have sold, Phase II will commence.

Phase II will be the completion of a 9 hole golf course that will include a future private fishing pond.

Phase III will be an additional 400 unit RV park on the south side of the golf course.
